ORDER
THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)](Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 774(E)|18AA|IDRA|80, dated the 12th Septem- ber, 1980 (hereinafter referred to us the said Order), the management of the unit of Messrs Seth Govindram Sugar Mills manufacturing sugar at Mehidpur Road in District Ujjain in the State of .Madhya Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking) was taken over under clause (a) of subsection (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regu- lation) Act, 1951 (65 oc 1951), ft , - period of 3 years upto and inclusive of 11th September, 1983 and the State Government of Madhya Pradesh was authorised to take over the manage- ment of the said industrial undertaking;
And whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public in- terest that the said Industrial Undertaking should continue to be managed by the State Government of Madhya Pradesh for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the llth March, 1984;
Mow, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government here- by directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of llth March, 1984.
