F. No. 2|54|82|EI.—This Public Notice is in continuation of Public Notice No. 40-ETC(PN)|82 dated 21st December, 1982 and Public Notice No. 37-ETC(PN)|82 dated 18th Sep- tember, 1982. An exporter with Past Performance Entitlement will be eligible for applying under the First-Come-First-Served Small Orders System in case only a part of the entitlement (for the ielevant country|category) has been utilised, provided the balance is surrendered in full.
Para 6(v) of Public Notice No. 37-ETC(PN)]82 dated 18th
September, 1982 is amended accordingly. •
