G.S.R. 690(II).— In exercise OF the powers conferred by Sub-rule (I) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance,(Department of Revenue) N o. 271/82- Central Excises dated The 18th November 1982, namely .

'two hundred and fifty rupees per metric tonne'', the words
