NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th August, 1983

S.O. 647 (E).—In pursuance of Clause 3 of the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1971 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Heavy Industry) No. S.O. 779 (E) dated the 3rd November, 1982 the Ceniral Government hereby appoints Shri P. B. Saxena, Director, Ministry of Industry, Department of Heavy Industry, Government of India, as a Controller for the purposes of the said Order and assigns to him the functions of Controller under the provisions of the said Order in respect of Tractors manufactured in India.
