NOTIFICATION
NO. 263/83-CUSTOMS
New Delhi, the 13th September, 1983
G.S.R. 701 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- eclion (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), he Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the iublic interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amend- icnts in the notification of the Government of India in the Mini- try of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking) No. 206- rustoms, dated the 2nd August. 1976, namely :—
In the said notification,
(i) for item No. (2) and the entry relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely :—
' (2) Jigs, tools and ground handling equipments ot
aircrafts for defence use;"; '
(ii) item Nos. (3) and (3A) and the entries relating
thereto shall be omitted.
