का०आ० 652 (म ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, औषधि (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश 1979 के पैरा 13 के उप पैरा ( 6 ) के खंड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पैट्रोलियम, रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) के आदेश सं० का० आ० 427 ( अ ) तारीख 19 जून , 1982 का निम्मलिखित संशो- घन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त आदेश के नीचे की सारणी में, क्रम सं ० 12 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं ० और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी अर्थात्:--

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-paragraph (6) of paragraph 13 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order , 1979, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum , Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers) No. S.O. 427(E) , dated the 19th June , 1982, namely :
In the Table below the said Order for serial number 12 and the entrics relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be substituted , namely :-

का०आ० 653 (अ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार औषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1979 के पैरा 13 के उपपैर। ( 6 ) के खंड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पैट्रोलियम, रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय (रसायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) के आवेश सं० फा ०आ ० 312 ( अ) , तारीख 21 अप्रैल, 1981 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त आदेश के नीचे की सारणी में,
प्रविष्टि में विनिविष्ट प्रत्येक मूत्रयोग की, जिसकी प्रबलता और पैक आकार क्रमशः उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) और (4) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं, अग्रणी कीमत के रूप में जिसके अंतर्गत उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर यदि कोर्ड हों, नहीं हैं, नियत करती है
