ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th September, 1983
S.O. 662(E).—In exercise of the powers confer- red by section 6 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) read with rules 5, 7 and 8 of the Development Council (Pro- cedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints with immediate effect the following persons as members of the Development Council for Printing including Litho, Printing Industry constituted in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) Order No. S.O. 176(E), dated the 10th March, 1983 : —
(i) Shri V. K. Chanana, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) vice Shri R. K. Bhargava relinquished charge of his office.
(ii) Shri S. Chandrasekharan, Director Mecha- nical Engineering), Indian Standards Institution vice Shri P. S. Das, relinqui- shed charge of his Office.
(iii) Shi G.S. Bhandari, Editor. Uttar Ujala of Haldwani, U.P., vice Shri Mamman Varghese, resigned.
(iv) Shri R. Ramaswamy, Printing Technolo- gist, 454, Kora Mangla Layout, 3rd Cross Bangalore-5600034, vice Shri V.N. Chabra, resigned.
(v) Shri D.K. Roy, M|s, Art Union Printing Works, Calcutta, vice Shri V.D. Uniyal, resigned.
and hereby make the following amendments in the said order, namely :-—
For serial Nos. 2, 7, 10, 22 and 23 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall res- pectively be substituted, namely :—
