S.O. 664(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by section 5, read with sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Ex- change Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government here- by makes the following amendment on the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. S.O. 41(E)I [No. 1205|F. No. 414|2|76-IT (INV.)] dated the 15th January, 1976 namely:—

The Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. S.O. 41(E)[No. 1205|F.No. 414|2|76-rr(INV.)J. dated the 15th January,, 1976, namely :—

In the Table below the said Order, in column (2), against Serial No. 1 for "Shri K.N. Anan- tharama Ayyar","Shri V-V.S. Sastry" shall be substituted.

(18)|8O-IT(INV.HI)] S.O. 666*(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by section 5, read with sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 471 (E) (No. 5|Admn. (7)|78-Safema) dated the 28th July, 1978, namely :—

In the Table below the said Order, under column (1) for "Shri M.M. Parikh", Shri V.V.S. Sastry" shall be substituted.
