S.O. 66y(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration. Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby makes the following furiher amend- ments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) No. S.O. SHE) dated the 8th February, 1978, namely :—
In Table II, appended to the said notification after serial num- ber 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted : —
"3. Shri S.D. Oak Central Food Laboratory Pune."
