NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th September, 1983

G.S.R. 711 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 12A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby specifics the Fertiliser (CcnTal) Order, 1957, issued under section 3 of that Act, to be special Order for purpose of summary trial under the said section 12A.
