NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16tb September, 1983
G.S.R. 713(E).—in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 63 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Wild Life (Tian&actions and Taxidermy) Rules, 1973, published with the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture), No. G.S.R. 226
(1) These lules may be called the Wild Life (Transactions and Taxi-
dermy1* Amendment Rules, 1983.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication In the
Official Gazette.
2. In sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Wlild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy) Rules, iy73, for the words "seven day?", the words "'ih.ii ty days" shall be substituted
