NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th September, 1983
G.S.R. 715(E).—ID exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) oi sub-section (1) of section 63 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby raakea the following rules to amend the Wild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy) Rules, 1973, published with the notification ot the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (De- partment of Agiicultuie), No. G.S.R, 274(E), dsted the 15th May, 1973, namely :—
(1; These rules may be called the Wild Life (Transactions end T"i.M-
dermy) Amendment Rules, 1983.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the
Official Gazette.
2. In sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of tlw Wild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy) Rules, 1973, for the words "seven days", the words "thirty days" shall be tubstituted.
