NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th September, 1983
G.S.R. 722(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 63 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Wild Life (Transactions and Taxi- dermy) Dadia and Nagar Haveli Rules, 1973, namely :—
(1) These rules may be called the Wild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy Dadra & Nagar Haveli (Amendment) Rules, 1983.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi-
cation in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Wild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy) Dadra & Nagar Haveli Rules, 1973, for the words "seven days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
