NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th September, 1983
G.S.R. 724(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 63 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), (he Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Wild Life (Tran- sactions and Taxidermy) Lakshadweep Rules, 1973, namelv :•—•
1 .(1) These rules may be called the Wild Life (Transac- tions and Taxidermy) LaUhadweep (Amendment) Rules, 1983.
(2) They shall come into force on the (late of their publica-
tion in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Wild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy) Lakshadweep Rules, 1973, for the words "seven days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
