NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th September, 1983
G.S.R. 728 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred uy clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 63 of the Wild Lite (Protect-on) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), 'he Central Government hereby makes the" following rules to amend the Chandigarh Wild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy) Rules, 1974, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Chandigarh Wild Life
(Transactions and Taxidermy) Amendment Rules, 1983.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-
tion in the Official Gazette.
2. In tvub-iule (I) of lule 4 of the Chandigarh Wild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy) Rules, 1974, for the words "seven ikiys", the words "thirty davs" shall be substituted.
