NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th September, 1983
G.S.R. 73O(E).~in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) or section 63 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby makes the following lules to amend Lhe Punjab Wild Lite (Transactions and Taxidermy) Rules, 1975, namely :- -
1. (J ) These rules may be called the Punjab Wild Lite
(Transactions and Taxidermy) Amendment Rules, 198 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-
tion in the Official Gazette.
2. In sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Ppnjab Wild Life (Tran .actions and Taxidermy) Rules, 1975, for the words "seven days", the words "thirty days" shall be substituted.
