NOTIFICATION
New DeJhi, the 16th September, 1983
G.S.R. 731(E).—Hn exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 63 of the Wild Lite (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby makes the iollowing rules to amend the Sikkim Wild Life (Transactions and Taxidermy) Rules, 1976, namely : —
1. (1) These rules may be called the Wild Life (Transac-
(Transactons and taxidermy) Amendment Rules, 1983.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica- tion in the Ofiiciiil Gazet c,
2. In sub-rule (1) of uile 4 of the Sikkim Wild Life (Tran- sactions and Taxidermy) Rules, J976, for the words "seven days", the words "thirty days" SIILIJI be substituted.
