New Delhi, the 20th September, .1983
S.O. 674(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sec'ion. (1) of section 3 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 nf 1974), the Central Government hereby specially empowers the following officer of the Central Government, namely Shri K. S. Dilipsinhji, Additional Secretary to the Government of India, for the purposes of the said section.
