NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st September, 1983
G.S.R. 735 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the Joint Sec- retary (Ports), Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing), as a Trustee on the First Board of Trustees for the Nhava Sheva Port vice Additional Secretary (Ports), Ministry of Shipping and Transport and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Ship- ping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 437 (E), dated the 31st May, 1982, namely :—
In the said notification, against Serial Number 3, for the entry "Additional Secretary (Ports)", the entry "Joint Secretary (Ports)", shall be substituted.
