NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st September, 1,983
S.O. 675(E)—As the Central Government is of the opinion that for facilitating the construction of Mitro Railway at C.Ucutta, it is necessary to make such alteration of)the building us described in the schedule below which is within a distance not exceeding 10 metres from the Metro alignment, therefore in exercise of the power conferred under section 21(1,) (A), it is hereby directed that owners/person having control over such building as described in the schedule below, do demolish or make such alterations as dstailod in tho schedule to such building within three months from the date of publication of this notification.
Attention of the owners/person having control over the building is also drawn to section 22 of the Metro Railway (Construction of Works) Act 1978, in this connection. No-compliance to the ilitvclion as made hereunder sh.ill invite application of section 3o of the Act along with provisions as contained in Rule Id of RULFS as framed under the Metro Railway (Construction of Works) Act, 1978
