S.O.676(E):—Whereas the land, building etc. mentioned herein in the schedule below are required for the purpose of Construction of Metro Railway and other works connected therewith in tho City of Calcutta;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the land, building etc referred to in tho schedule below are required for a public purpose;
Tho Central Government do, therefore, hereby declare their intention to acquire the land, building etc., referred to in tho schedule below, in terms of the powers conferred on them under Sjc:ion-7tt) of '.ha Metro R'ilwavs (Construction of works) Act 1978, (A't 33 of 1978).
Any person Jntfcsted in the land, building etr.. r.-fcrredto :n .he schedule below may, within twenty one tfjy.s from the date of publication of tois nt tificalion, put of objection, if any, before the Competent Authoi ily as prescribed under Section 9 (i) of tho Act.
