सं 19-59/ 82-पी ० पी ०एस००-कीटनाशी अधिनियम 1968 (1968 का 46) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के अनुसार, केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड ( जिसमें इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त बोर्ड कहा गया है) के निम्नलिखित सदस्य नामांकन की तारीख से तीन वर्ष की समाप्ति पर उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य नही रह गए है:--

1. आचार्य तथा औषधि विज्ञान विभाग के अध्यक्ष , अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली ।

2. चिकित्सा विष विज्ञानी, उप निदेशक , राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान , अहमदाबाद

3. स्वास्थ्य सेवा निदेशक , दिल्ली प्रशासन , दिल्ली । 4. कृषि निदेशक, उत्तर प्रदेश ।

विज्ञान संस्थान , नई दिल्ली को उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में पुनः नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) और उपधारा ( 4 ) के खंड ( 16 ) के अनुसरण में, चिकित्सा विष विज्ञानी राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान अहमदाबाद , को उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में पुनः नाम- निर्दिष्ट करती है ।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( 17 ) के अनुसरण में , निदेशक , स्वास्थ्य सेवा , पारसाधक , लोक स्वास्थ्य, हरियाणा को, निदेशक स्वास्थ्य सेवा, दिल्ली प्रशासन दिल्ली, के स्थान पर उवत बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

सा०का०नि० 478 (अ) तारीख 10 अगस्त, 1979 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:--

उक्त अधिसूचना में नामनिर्दिष्ट सदस्य शीर्ष के अधीन मद ( 15) , ( 16 ) , ( 17 ) , ( 18 ) , ( 19 ) , ( 20 ) तथा ( 21 ) और इनसे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्नलिखित मदें और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी:-

(15) आचार्य और भेषणगुण विभाग अध्यक्ष , अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, नई दिल्ली ;

(16) चिकित्सा विष विज्ञानी , राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक स्वास्थ्य संस्थान , अहमदावाद ;

(17) निदेशक , स्वास्थ्य सेवा पारसाधक, लोक स्वास्थ्य हरियाणा, चंडीगढ़ ;

महाराष्ट्र ;

(18) कृषि निदेशक,

निदेशक, कर्नाटक

(--) कृषि

और केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम, की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खड ( 18 ) के अनुसरण में कृषि निदेशक, महाराष्ट्र और कृषि निदेशक, कर्नाटक को क्रमशः कृषि निदेशक, उत्तर प्रदेश और कृषि निदेशक , आन्ध्र प्रदेश के स्थान पर उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में ना मनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3) और उपधारा ( 4) के खंड ( 19 ) के अनुसरण में निदेशक , केन्द्रीय न्याय विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, गृह मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली को उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) और उपधारा ( 4 ) के खंड ( 19 ) के अनुसरण में, कृषि आयुक्त, भारत सरकार , कृषि मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली औद्योगिक विष विज्ञान अनुसंधान केन्द्र , लखनऊ के औद्योगिक स्वास्थ्य तथा व्यावसायिक जोखिम में विशेषज्ञ , तथा सचिव , केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड, वनस्पति सरक्षण , संगरोध तथा संचयन तिदेशालय , फरीदाबाद को उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्यों के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करतो है ।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( 20 ) के अनुसरण में , वैज्ञानिक और औद्योगिक और अनुसंधान परिषद् का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले निदेशक, राष्ट्रीय रसायन प्रयोगशाला , पुणे को डा० आर ० बी० मिन्ना, वैज्ञानिक, राष्ट्रीय रसायन प्रयोगशाला पुणे के स्थान पर उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

और केन्द्रीय सरकार , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 को उपधारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( 21 ) के अनुसरण में , ज्येष्ठ पर्यावरण अधिकारी , पर्यावरण विभाग , नई दिल्ली को उक्त बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है ।

अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व कृषि और सिंचाई मंत्रालय ( कृषि विभाग) की अधिसूचना स ० निदेशक, केन्द्रीय न्यायविज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, गृह मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली

(ख) कृषि आयुक्त, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली

(ग) औद्योगिक विषविज्ञान अनुसंधान केन्द्र, लखनऊ के औद्योगिक स्वास्थ्य और व्यावसायिक जोखिम में विशेषज्ञ

(घ) सचिव, केन्द्रीय कीटनाशी बोर्ड , वनस्पति संरक्षण, संगरोध तथा संचयन निदेशालय , एन० एच०-4, फरीदाबाद ।

( 20) वैज्ञानिक और औद्योगिक अनुसंधान परिषद् का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले निदेशक , राष्ट्रीय रसायन प्रयोगशाला , पुणे ।

( 21) ज्येष्ठ पर्यावरण अधिकारी , पर्यावरण विभाग नई दिल्ली । "

No. 19-59/ 82 -PPS.-Whereas in accordance with sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , the following numbers of the Central Insecticides Board ( hereinafter referred to as the said Board) have ceased to be the members of the saidBoard on the expiry of three years from the date of their nomination :-

1. Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology, All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi , भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

2. Medical Toxicologist-Deputy Director , National Institute of Occupational Health, Ahmedabad.

3. Director of Health Services , Delhi Admi- nistration , Delhi .

4. Director of Agriculture , Uttar Pradesh , Director of Agriculture, Andhra Pra- desh.

5. ( a) Agriculture Commissioner to the Gov- ernment of India .

(b) Director, Industrial Toxicological Re- search Centre , Lucknow;

(d) Director, Central Forensic Science Labo- ratory, Ministry of Home Affairs , New Delhi .

6. Dr. R. B. Mitra , Scientist , National Che- mical Laboratory , Pune .

7. Environmental Officer in the Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi .

And whereas in pursuance of clause (xv) of sub- section (3 ) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby re - nominates Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology,All Indiadia Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi , as a Member of the said Board.

And whereas in pursuance of clause (xvi) of sub-sections (3 ) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby re-nominates the Medical Toxicologist in the National Institute of Occupational Health , Ahmedabad, as a mem- ber of the said Board .

And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xvii ) of sub- section (3 ) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby nominates the Director ofHealth Services, Incharge Public Health , Har- yana, as a Member of the said Board vice Direc- tor of Health Services , Delhi Administration, Delhi .

And whereas in pursuance of clause (xviii) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby nominates the Director of Agriculture, Maharashtra , and the Director of Agriculture, Karnataka as Members of the said Board, vice the Director of Agriculture, Uttar Pra- desh and the Director of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh respectively.

And whereas in pursuance of clause (xix) of sub- section ( 3 ) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act; the Central Government hereby nominates the

Director, Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Ministry of Home Affairs , New Delhi as a member of the said Board.

And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xix ) of sub -section ( 3) and (4) of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby nominates the Agriculture Commissioner to the Government of India, Ministry of Agriculture , New Delhi-the Expert in Industrial Health and Occupational hazards in the Industrial Toxicological Research Centre, Lucknow and the Secretary , Central In- secticides Board , Directorate of Plant Protection , Quarantine and Storage , Faridabad , as Members of the said Board .

And whereas in pursuance of clause ( xx ) of sub- section (3 ) of section 4 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby nominates the Director , Na- tional Chemical Laboratory , Pune , representing the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research , as a Member of the said Board vice Dr. R. B. Mitra, Scientist , National Chemical Laboratory , Pune .

And whereas in pursuance of clause (xxi) of sub- section (3 ) cf section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby nominates the Senior Environ- mental Oficer , Department of Environment , New Delhi , as a Member of the said Board .

Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 4 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (Department of Agri- culture ) No. GSR 478 ( E) , dated the 10th August 1979. as follows :-

In the said Notification, under the heading "Members Nominated " , for items (xv) , (xvi ) , (xvii ), (xviii), (xix) , (xx) , and ( xxi) and the entries relating thereto, the following items and entries shall res- pectively be substituted :-

" (xv) Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology , All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi .

(xvi ) Medical Toxicologist in the National Institute of Occupational Health, Ahme- dabad;

(xvii) Director of Health Services , Incharge Public Health, Haryana , Chandigarh ;

(xviii) Director of Agriculture . Maharashtra ; Director of Agriculture , Karnataka .

(xix) ( a) Director , Central Forensic Science Laboratory, Ministry of Home Affairs , New Delhi .

(b) Agriculture Commissioner to the Gov- ernment of India, New Delhi .
