सा० का० ति० 738 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्ब विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 118-सीमाशुल्क तारीख 19 1980 का निम्नलिखित और संणोधन करती है, जून, अर्थात
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में क्रम सं० 9, 19, 25, 29, 32 , 35 , 45 , 50 , 51 , 52 , 53 , 54, 59 , 74 , 79, 86 और 101 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित श्रम मं० और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:--

G.S.R. 738 ( E ) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No 118- Customs , dated the 19th June , 1980 , namely:---
In the Table to the said notification , for Serial Nos 9 , 19 , 25, 29, 32, 35 , 45 , 50, 51 , 52 , 53 , 54, 59, 74, 79 , 86 and 101 and the entries relating thereto , the following Serial Nos , and entries shall , respectively, be substituted , namely: -

सा०का० नि० 739 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , वित्त अधि- नियम, 1983 ( 1983 का 11 ) की धारा 45 की उप- धारा ( 4) केः माथ पठित सीमाशल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि चोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, यह निदेश देनी है कि भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की प्रत्येकः अधिसूचना का जो इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट है, उक्त मारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट रीति में, यथा- स्थिन, संशोधन या और संशोधन किया जायगा:
