ties Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following Order further lo amend the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957, namely :—

1. (1) This Order may called the Fertiliser (Control) Second Amendment Order 1983

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official tJa/'M,c

2. In the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957, in clause 3, for sub-clause (2), the following sub- clause shall be substituted, namely : —

(2) The Central Government may, hav- ing regard to the local conditions of any area, the period of storage of Iclilis'Ts and other relevant circumstances, fix different prices or rates ni u'^pect of fertilisers of different periods of storage or for different areas or for different classes of consumers."

Note:—The Fertiliser ,'Control) Order, 1957 was promulgated vide S.R.O. 1391 dated 23rd April, 1957.

2. The clause 3 ot the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957 was amended vide GSR 521 dated 28th April, 1960.

G.S.R. 750(E).-—In pursuance of Clause 3 of the Fertiliser (Control) Order, l')i⁷. the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (De- partment of Agriculture & Cooperation) No. G.S.R. 519(E) dated the 29th Tune, 1983, namely :—

In the Schedule to the said notification, under the heading "Name of Fertiliser" after item "21 Single Superphosphate (14% P*OC)" and the en- tries relating thereto, the following items and en- tries shall be inserted, namely :—•
