DII] S.O. 681 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by para- graph 4 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979 and in super session of the orders of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers) No. 8(89)/79-D. n, dated the 25th February, 1981 and in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers No. S.O. 607(H), dated the 23rd August, 1983, the Central Government hereby fixes the prices as specified in column (4) of the Table below to be the retention price in respect of the bulk drugs specified in Ihe corresponding entry in column (2). of the said Table, produced by the manufacturers specified in corresponding entry in column (3) and the prices specified in column (5) of the Table to be the common sale price in respect of each of the bulk drugs :—
