New Delhi, the 28th September, 1983Subject:—Scheme for export under OGL-3 of Garments and knitwear to USA. EEC Member States, Austria, Finland Canada and Sweden from 1-1-1983 to 31-12-1983. 825 GI/83 (1)

i THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I—SEC. 1] ETC(PN)|82 dated 18-9-1982, the following may be inserted :—

"(e) A Past Performance Entitlement holder who obtains any entitlement under FCFS Small Orders System in a parti- cular country|category will not be eligible to effect any transfer from his past performance entitlement in that country| category after he obtains such small Orders Entitlement".

Hie No. 2(54)182-EL—This Public Notice is in continuation of Public Notice No. 37-ETC(PN)l 82 dated 18-9-1982 and relates to the Scheme of exports of certain Garments and Knitwear items to USA, EEC Members States, (Federal Republic of Germany, France, Italy, Benelux, UK, Republic of Ireland, Denmark and Greece), Austria, Sweden, Canada and Finland for the period 1st January, 1983 to 31st December, 1983. Below item (d) under Sub-para (iv) of Para 5-Past Per- formance System, of the Public Notice No. 37-
