G.S.R. 753(E):— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- Tile (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following farther amendment in ho notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 49/S3-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1983 namely: —

In the Table annexed to the said notification., in Sl.No. 4, or item (c) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted., namely:—
