NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th September, 1983
S.O. 690(E).—la pursuance of clause 3 of the Colliery Control Order, 1945, as continued in force by section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), and as recommended by the Coal Conservation and Develop- ment Advisory Committee, the Central Government heroby prescribes that the coal in the Lohapatti Colliery shall bo categorised as followa with imme- diate effect :—
(i) the Bhurangia Top Seam coal of No. 4 incline—Coking Coal.
(ii) the Lohapatti Middle Seam coal of No. 2 incline—Semi Coking
Coal.
