NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 1983
G.S.R. 760(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Com- mission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956) read with rule 3 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 1957, the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Khadi mid Village Industries Commission, established under sub- section (1) of section 4 of the said Act for a period of three years commencing on and from 1st October, 1983 and ending on the 30th September, 1986.
1. Shri A. N. Thomas
2. Shri Govind Das Richhariya
3. Shri Jagpat Dubey.
2. The Central Government, in exercise^ of the powers con- ferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 4 oJ" the said Act also appoints Shri A.M. Thonias as Chairman and Shri Govind Das Richhaviya as Vice-Chairman of the said Commission for the aforesaid period.
