ORDER

New Delhi, the 1st October, 1983

G.S.R. 780(E).—In exercise of the powers conferreu Dy Eiib-section (1) of section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India on the late Ministry of Agri- culture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 390(E), dated the 16th August, 1973, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
