का० आ० 706 (म) केन्द्रीय सरकार, औषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) भादेश , 1979 के पैरा 13 के उपपैरा ( 6) के खंड ( क) द्वारा ! प्रदस शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पेट्रोलियम, रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का ० आ ० 603 ( अ) , तारीख 22 जुलाई, 1981 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त आदेश के मीचे की सारणी में क्रम संख्यांक 16 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: -

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub -paragraph (6) of paragraph 13 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order , 1979 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum , Chemicals and Fertili- zers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers ) No. S.O. 603 (E) , dated the 22nd July , 1981 , namely :-
In the Table below the said Order , for serial number 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

क०० आ०707 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, औषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1979 के पैरा 13 के उपपैरा ( 6) के खखंड ( क) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पेट्रोलियम, रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) के आदेश सं० का० आ० 548 ( अ ) , तारीख 8 जुलाई, 1981 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश के नीचे की सारणी में , क्रम संख्यांक 7 , 8 , 9 , 10, और 11 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
