ORDER
New Delhi, the 29th September 1983
S. O. 711(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Sub-paragraph (6) of paragraph 13 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers) No. S.O. 494 (E), dated the 13th July, 1982, namely :-
In the Table below the said Order-
(a) against serial number 5, in column (5), for the figure
"5.06" the figure "5.40" shall be substituted.
(b) after serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely : -
"SA Analgin Injection 0.5mg/ml 5Amp. x 5ml 12.80
5B Analgin Injection 0.5mg/ml 10Amp. x2ml 16.12

O. 712 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub paragraph (1) of paragraph 12 of tho Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979, tha Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing amendments in the order of Government of India, in the erstwhilo Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chomicals and Fertilizers) No. S. O. 179 (E), dated the 12th March, 1981 namely ;-
_Jn the Table annexed to the said Order, under the Hoading " Catagory I formulations", for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, tho following serial numbers and the entries shall be substituted namely : —
" 1. Pbenoxymethyl 65mg/Tab. 8x6's JO.09
Penicillin Tablets.
1A. Phonoxynwthyl 130mg/Tab. 8x6's 17.04".
