O.No. 92.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendments shall he made in its notification No. 434/MT/79(2). dated 18 October, 1979, relating to the appointment of assistant returning officers of parliamentary constituencies in the State of Maharashtra, namely :— In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, against the item Returning Officer of 46-Sangli Parliamentary 885 GI/83 (1)
