सा० फा० नि० 830 ( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्सालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 144-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 19 जुलाई, 1980 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, डाई-अमोनियम फास्फेट और अमोनियम नाइट्रो फास्फेट को , जब उसका भारत में आयात किया जाए , सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975का 51) की पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट उस पर उग्रहणीय समस्त सीमाशुल्क से , इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए, छूट देती है कि सीमाशुल्क सहायक कलक्टर के समाधानप्रव रूप में यह साबित कर दिया जाता है कि उक्त माल खाद के रूप में या सम्मिश्र उर्वरक के उत्पादन में प्रयोग किए जाने के लिए आशयित है ।

In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Cus- toms Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 144 - Customs , dated the 19th July, 1980, the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts Di -Ammonium Phosphate and Ammonium

Nitro Phosphate , when imported into India , from the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , subject to the condition that it is proved to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Customs that the said goods are intended for use as manure or in the production of complex fertilizers .

सा० का० नि० 831 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना मं ० 164- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 19 अगस्त , 1980 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51) की पहली अनुसूची के अध्याय 31 के अन्तर्गत आने वाले अमोनियम फास्फेट को, अब उसका भारत में आयात किया जाए, उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट उस पर उग्रहणीय समस्त सीमाशुल्क से , इम शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए, छूट देती है कि सीमाशुल्क सहायक कलक्टर के समाधानप्रद रूप में यह साबित कर दिया जाता है कि उक्त माल खाद के रूप मे या सम्मिश्र जर्जरत के उत्पादन में प्रयोग किए जाने के लिए आशयित है ।

In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 25 of the Cus- toms Act, 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 164- Customs , dated the 19th August , 1980 , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts ammonium phosphate , falling within Chapter 31 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (51 of 1975), when imported into India, from the whole of the duty of customs levi- able thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule , subject to the condition that it is pro- ved to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Customs that the said goods are intended for use as manure or in the production of complex fertilizers .

सा० का ० ति० 832 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए

और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं ० 28-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 28 फरवरी , 1982 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, अपना यह समाधन हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51) की पहली अनुसूची के अध्याय 31 के अन्तर्गत आने वाले केल्सियम अमोनियम नाइट्रेट (के ० अ० ना० ) को जब उसका भारत में आयात किया जाए,-
(क) उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट उस पर उग्रहणीय समस्त मीमाशुल्क से , और
(ख ) उक्त सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उस पर उग्रहणीय अतिरिक्त शुल्क से ,
इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए, छूट देती है कि सीमाशुल्क सहायक कलक्टर के समाधानप्रद रूप में यह साबित कर दिया जाता है कि उक्त माल खाद के रूप में प्रयोग किए जाने के लिए आशयित है ।

In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Cus- toms Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 28 - Customs , dated the 28th February , 1982 , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts Calcium Ammonium Nitrate ( C.A.N. ) , falling within Chapter 31 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 ( 51 of 1975) , when imported into India, from-
(a) the whole of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule , and
(b) the additional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the said Customs Tariff Act,
subject to the condition that it is provedto the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Customs that the said goods are intended for use as manure.

सा० का ० नि० 833 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, वित्त अधि- नियम, 1983 (1983 का 11 ) की धारा 45 की उपधारा ( 4) के साथ पठित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं० 126/83-सोमा- 3

(क) क्रम सं० 159, 163 और 188 तथा उनसे मंबंधित प्रविष्टियो का लोप किया जाएगा;
(ख) क्रम सं० 235 ओर उससे सबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम ० स ० और प्रविष्टियां अंतः स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्

G.S.R. 833 (E) .-In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , read with sub- section (4) of section 45 of the Finance Act , 1983 (11 of 1983) , the Central Government being satis- fied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 126 83 - Customs , dated the 13th May, 1983 , namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification,-
(a) Serial No. 159 , 163 and 188 and the entries relating thereto shall be ommited.
(b ) after Serial No. 235 and the entry relat- ing thereto, the following Serial Nos . and entries shall be inserted , namely :-

सा० का० नि० 834 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदन्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधि- सूचना सं ० 58-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 12 मई , 1977 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51) की पहली अनुसूची के शीर्ष सं० 31.02/ 05 के उपशीर्ष सं ० ( 6 ) के अंतर्गत आने वाले पोटैशियम सल्फेट को, उक्त सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उस पर उद्ग्रहणीय समस्त अतिरिक्त शुल्क से, इस शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए , छूट देती है कि सीमाशुल्क सहायक कलक्टर के समाधानप्रद रूप में यह साबित कर दिया जाता है कि उक्त माल खाद के रूप में प्रयोग किए जाने के लिए आशयित है ।

In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section ( 1) of section 25 of the Cus- toms Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 58 -Customs , dated the 12th May , 1977, the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts potassium sulphate , falling under sub- heading No. (6) of heading No. 31.02/ 05 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , from the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the said Customs Tariff Act , subject to the condition that it is proved to the satisfaction of the Assistant Col- lector of Customs that the said goods are intended for use as manure .
