का ० आ ० 719 (अ ) -भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का ० आ० 670 ( अ ) , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर , 1976 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) , मेसर्स पशोक टी एस्टेट, डाकघर पशोक, जिला दार्जिलिंग नामक चाय एकक का प्रबन्ध, चाय अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का 29 ) की धारा 16ङ की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क ) के अधीन 10 अक्तूबर, 1981 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड, कलकत्ता को उक्त चाय एकक का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था;
ओर , भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के आदेश स ० का० आ० 732 (अ ) , तारीख 6 अक्तूबर , 1981 और का० आ ० 711 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 अक्तूबर , 1982 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि को, 10 अक्तूबर , 1983 तक, जिसमें यह नारीख भी सम्मिलित है, बढ़ाया गया था, और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त चाय एकक का प्रबन्ध , भारतीय वाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता के अधीन एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए बना रहे;
अतः, अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, चाय ( संशोधन) अध्यादेश , 1983 ( 1983 का सं ० 7) द्वारा यथा संशोधित , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16घ की उपधारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक के साथ पठित धारा 16ड की उपधारा ( 2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त आदेश 10 अक्तूबर , 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

1976 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the management of the tea unit known as Mis . Pashok Tea Estate , P.O. Pashok , District Darjeel- ing, was taken over under clause (a) of sub- section (1) of section 16E of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953) , for a period of five years upto and inclusive of the 10th October , 1981 and the Tea Trading Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, authorised to take over the management of the said tea unit; was
And, whereas , by the Orders of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Commerce Nos . S.O. 732 (E) , dated the 6th October , 1981 and S.O. 711 (E) , dated the 4th October, 1982 , the duration of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 10th October, 1983 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public inte- rest that the said tea unit should continue under the management of the Tea Trading Corporation of Indi : Limited , Calcutta , for a further period of one year:
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section (2) of section 16E read with the proviso to sub- section ( 2) of section 16D of the said Act as amended by the Tea (Amendment) Ordinance , 1983 (No. 7 of 1983 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 10th Octo- ber, 1984.

का० आ० 720( अ) -भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के आदेश मं ०का ० आ० 671 ( अ ) , तारीख 11 अक्टूबर , 1976 द्वारा ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) , मैमर्स लुकसन टी एम्टेट , डाकघर कैरोन , जिला जलपाईगड़ी नामक चाय एकक का प्रवन्ध, चाय अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953का 29) की धारा 18ऊ की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( क ) के अधीन 10 अक्तूबर , 1981 तक ही, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड, कलकत्ता को उक्त चाय एकक का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था।
और , भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य मंत्रालय के आदेश सं ० का० आ ० 733 ( अ ) ; तारीख 6 अक्तूबर, 1981 और का ० आ ० 710 ( अ ) , तारीख 4. अक्तूबर, 1982 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि को, 10 अक्तूबर , 1983 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , बढ़ाया गया था;
और , केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त चाय एकक का प्रवन्ध , भारतीय चाय व्यापार निगम लिमिटेड, कलकत्सा के अधीन एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए बना रहे ;

अतः , अव , केन्द्रीय सरकार, चाय ( संशोधन ) अध्यादेश 1983 ( 1983 का सं ० 7) द्वारा यथा संशोधित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 16 घ की उपधारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक के साथ पठित धारा 16ड. की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह निर्देश देतो है कि उक्त आदेश 10 अक्तूबर , 1984 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीन्य भी सम्मिलित है, एक वर्ष की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।
