ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th October, 1983
^ THE G A Z E T TE OF INDfA : I X T R A O R L / I N A RY LPAKI II—Sr,c. 3 period of six months upto and inclusive of 11th October, 1983;(E), dated the 9th November, 1982 (hereinafter re- ferred to as the said order), the management of the whole undertaking known as Messrs Kanti Cotton Mills Private Limited, Surendranagar, Gujarat, was taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) for a period of 6 months upto and inclusive of the 11th April, 1983 and the Gujarat State Textile Corporation was authorised lo take over the management of the said industrial undertaking;
And, whereas, by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 285(E)| 1XAA!IDRA|83, dated the Ilth April, 1983, the period of the said order was extended for a further And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the manangement of the Gujarat State Textile Corporation for a period of six months upto and inclusive of the 11th April, 1984;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industrial (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 11th April, 1984.
