S.O. 730(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the erstwhile Central Board of Revenue No. 117-Customs, dated the 9th September, 1950, the Central Government .hereby declares the port of Talaja in the District of Bhavnagar hi the State of Gujarat to be a customs port for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
