Calcutta, the 12th October, 1983

S.O. 732 (E).—In exdroise of the powers conf

Clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing and Control) Oruer, i?oi, read with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce (Department of Foreign Trade) No. S.O. 517(E) dated the 25th September, 1973, I, D. R. Das, Deputy Jute Commissioner, Calcutta hereby fix Rs. 648.32 per 100 bags as the maximum ex-factory price at which B, Twills (a variety of jute textiles) of the size 44-1 [4" x 26//-l|2" HD. W.I.P. 44* x 26-l|2/⁷ Hd. 2-1 [4 lbs. per bag, 6 x 8, 3 blue, dry sewn and conforming in all other respects to the ISI specification (No. IS : 2566-1965 as amended up-to-date) shall be purchased or sold during the month of October, 1983.

2. The price fixed under this notification shall be exclusive

of duty of excise and sales tax which shall be paid in addition to exfactory price by the purchaser at actuals.
