G.S.R. 795(E).—In-exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 250- Customs, dated the 27th August, 1983, namely :—
In the said notification after clause (c) in item No. 2 the
following clause shall be added :
"(d) The State of Sikkim".
