NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th October, 1983
S.O. 741 (E).—In pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 21 cf the Industrial Finance Corporation Act, 1948 (15 of 1948), the Central Government on the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Finance Corporation of India, hereby fixes 8.75 per cent (Eight. & three quarter per cent) per per annum as the rate of interest payable on the bonds to be issued by tbe said Corporation on 24th October, 1983 and maturing on 24th October, 2000.
