IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
ORDER NO. 31183
New Delhi, the 17th October, 1983
S.O. 743 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred bv Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to Schedule to Open General Licence No. 1|83 dated the 15th April, 1983 :—
(1) In Part I, Entry No. 1, the word Tolyacetyl" shall read "Polyacetal".
(2) In Part I, after the existing entry No. 82, the following new entry shall be inserted :—
"82A. Titanium Sponge".
(3) In Part III, Entry No. 15C, the word "Polyacetyl" shall read "Polyacetal".
(4) In Part III, Entry No. 15D, the word "Poly-tetrafluoroe- thane" shall read "Poly-tetrafluoroethylene".
