In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub -section (3 ) of section 4 of the Textile Undertakings (Taking Over of Manage- ment) Ordinance , 1983 ( 10 of 1983 ) , the Central Government hereby authorises the Custodian appointed by the Central Government under sub- section (1) of section 4 of the said Ordinance to appoint any subsidiary of the National Textile Corporation, Surya Kiran Building , New Delhi as Additional Custodian of any one or more of the textile undertakings specified in the Table below :-
