S.O. 770(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by para- graph 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal Order, 1975 [GSR 285(E), dated the 19th May 1975], the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice P, N. Bakshi, a sitting Judge of the Allahabad High Court as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad with effect from the date he takes over charge of office, in the vacancy caused by the resignation of Shri Justice S. P. Sinha.
