का० आा० 772 (अ ) / 18 रुक/उ ० वि ० वि ०अ०/83 :--भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश मं ० का० जा ० 112 (अ)/ 18 कक/ आई० टी० आर ० ए ० / 79 , तारीख 26 फरवरी, 1979 (जिसे इसके पश्चात् उषण आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा मैसर्भ भेंटफोर्ड इलेक्ट्रिक ( इंडिया ) लिमिटेड , कलकत्ता के नाम से ज्ञात औद्यागिक उप- क्रम का प्रबन्ध उद्योग ( विकाम और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 -कक की उप-धारा (1 ) के खण्ड ( क) के अधीन छह महीने की अवधि के लिए अर्थाम् 25 अगस्त, 1979 (जिसमें यह दिन भो णामिल है ) तक ग्रहण किया था और एन्ड्रय्य्ल एष्ट कम्पनी लिमिटेड कलकत्ता को उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश मं० का० आ० 476 (अ)/ 18 कक/ उ ०वि ० वि० अ ०/ 79 , तारीख 22 अगा , 1979, म० का ० : ० 637 ( अ)/ 18फक/ उ ०वि ०वि ० अ ०/ ४० , तारीख 23 अगस्त , 1980 , सं० का ०० 126 ( अ)/ 18 कक/ उ ० वि ०वि० अ० / 81 , सारीख 23 फरवरी , 1981, सं ० का ० आ ० 98 ( अ.)/ 18 कक/उ ० वि०वि ० अ ०/ 82 , तारीख 25 फरवरी, 1982 , सं ० का ०आ०611 ( अ )/ 18 कक/ उ ०वि ०वि ० अ ० / 82, तारीख 23 अगस्त , 1982, सं ० का ० आ ० 143 (अ) / 18क्रक/ उ ० वि० वि ० अ०/ 83 , नारीख 24 फरवरी , 1983 तथा सं ० 24 अगस्त , का०आ ० 611 ( अ) / 18 कक/ उ ०वि ० वि ०अ ०/ 83 , तारीख 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि भारीख 25 अक्तूबर , 1983 (जिसमें यह दिन भो णामिल है) तक बढ़ा दी गई गई थी;
और भारत सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्न औद्योगिक उपक्रम को एक महीना की और अवधि के लिए एश्ट्र- यूयुम एण्ड कम्पनी लिमिटेड के प्रबन्धमंत्र के अधीन बने रहना जाहिए;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 - कक की उप-धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्देण देती है कि उक्र आदेश एक महीना की और अधि के लिए अर्थात् तारीख 25 नवम्बर, 1983 तक ( जिसमें यह दिन भी णामिल है ) प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

S.O. 772( E) 18AA IDRA 83.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Develop- ment ) No. S.O. 112 ( E) 18AA IDRA 79 , dated the 26th February, 1979 (hereinafter referred to

as the said Order) , the management of the indus- trial undertaking known as Messrs Brentford Electric ( India) Limited , Calcutta , was taken over under clause ( a) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regu- lation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of six months upto and inclusive of 25th August , 1979 and Andrew Yule and Company Limited, Calcutta, was authorised to take over the manage- ment of the said industrial undertaking ;
And , whereas , by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 476 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 79 , dated the 22nd August , 1979 , No. S.O. 637 ( E ) | 18AA IDRA 80 , dated the 23rd August, 1980, No. S.O. 126 ( E ) 18AA IDRA/ 81 , dated the 23rd February, 1981 , No. S.O. 98 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 82 , dated the 25th February , 1982 , No. S.O. 611 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 82 , dated the 23rd August, 1982, No. S.O. 143 ( E )| 18AA| IDRA 83 , dated the 24th February , 1983 , and No. S.O. 611 ( E ) [ 18AA IDRA 83 , dated 24th August , 1983 ; the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 25th October, 1983
And , whereas , the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Andrew Yule and Company Limited, Calcutta, for a further period of one month ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- section ( 2 ) of section 18AA of the said Act , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one month upto and inclusive of the 25th November, 1983 .

का० आ० 773 ( अ ) 18 एफ ० सी ० आई ० जी० आर ० ए०/83: -भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं ० का०० 124 (अ )/ 18 - एफ० बी० आई० डी० आर० ए ० / 79 , तारीख 5 मार्च, 1979 तथा सं ० १००० 130 ( अ)/ 18 -एफ० बी० आई ० डी ० आर ० ए० / 79, तारीख 9 मार्च, 1979 (जिन्हें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उद्योग ( वितांम औरविनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 - चन्द्र की उपधारा (i ) के खण्ड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा की थी कि उन अ.देशों, के जारी होते की तारीखों के ठीक पूर्व प्रक्त्त ऐसे सभी संविशओं, संपत्ति के हम्पारण पत्रों, करारों , व्यवस्थाओं, पंचांटों, स्याई आदेशों या अन्य लिवतों जितक मैनर्स इन्टफोर्ड इलेक्ट्रिक ( इंडिया ) लिमिटेड , कनकासा नाम से ज्ञात औद्योगिक उपक्रम एक पक्षकार है या जो उक्त ओद्योगिक उपक्रम पर लागू हो सकते हों को प्रवर्तन 25 अगस्त, 1979, तक की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त तारीख से

पूर्व उनके अधीन प्रौभूत यः उद्भूत होने वाले सभी विकार, विवेका धिकार, बाध्यताएं और दायित्व 25 अगस्त, 1979 तक ( जिसमें यह दिन भी शामिल है) को अर्वाध के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा ।
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औधोगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं० का ०० 477( अ)/ 18 एफ ० वी ०/ आई ० डी० आर० ए० / 79 , तारीख 22 अगस्त , 1979 , सं० का ० आ ० 638 ( अ )/ 18 एफ० बी०/ /आई ० डी ० आर ० ए ०/ ४० , तारीख 22 अगस्त, 1980 , सं ०का ०आ० 127 (अ) / 18 एफ ०बी० आई० डी० आर० ९०/ 81 , नारीख 23 फरवरी, 1981. मं० का० ० ५१ ( अ)/ 18 एफ ०बी ०/ आई ० डी० आर० ए ०/ 82 , तारीख 25 फरवरी, 1982, सं० का ०० 612(य)/ 18 एफ ०बी ०/ आई० डी० आर ००.०/ 82, तारीख 23 अगस्त, 1983 , सं ०का ० आ ० 144 ( अ) /15 एफ ०बी० /आई० डी ० आर० ए०/ 83 , तारीख 24 फरवरी , 1983 तथा स का ०आ ० 612 (अ) / 18 एफ ०बी ०/आई ०डी ० आर/ए ०/83 , मारीस 24 अक्तूबर, 1983 , द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अर्थात 25 अक्तूबर, 1983 (जिसमें यह दिन भी गाभिल है ) तक बढ़ा दी गई थी;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार इस बारे में सतृष्ट हो गई है कि उक्त आदशों की अवधि एक महीना के लिए अर्थात् 25 नवम्बर, 1983 ( f- नमें यह दिन भी शामिल है ) और बढ़ा दी जानी चाहिए; )
अनः अब उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 - चख की उपधारा ( 2) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त आदेशों की अवधि 25 नवम्बर, 1983, तक ( जिसमें यह दिन भी शामिल है ) और बढ़ाती है ।

S.O. 773 ( E )| 18FB| IDRA 83.-Whereas by two Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 124 ( E) 18FB IDRA 79 , dated the 5th March , 1979 and No. S.O. 130 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 79 , dated the 9th March 1979 ( here- inafter referred to as the said Orders ) , the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , had declared that the operations of all contracts , assurances of property , agree- ments , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instruments, in force immediately before the dates of the issue of said Orders , to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Brentford Electric ( India ) Limited, Calcutta , was a party or which might be applicable to the said industrial undertaking , should remain suspended for a period upto the 25th August , 1979 and that all rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date should remain suspended for a period upto and inclusive of the 25th August, 1979 ;

And whereas, by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 477 ( E ) | 18FB IDRA 79 , dated 22nd August , 1979 , No. S.O. 638 ( E) 18FB IDRA 80 , dated 23rd August, 1980 , No. S.O. 127 ( E) 18FB IDRA 81 , dated the 23rd February, 1981 , S.O. 99 ( L) [ 18FB IDRA 82 , dated the 25th February , 1982 , No. S.O. 612 ( E) 18FB TDRA 82, dated the 23rd August , 1982 , No. S.O. 144 ( E ) 18 : BIDRA 83 , dated the 24th February , 1983 , and No. S.O. 612 ( E) 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 24th August , 1983 , the duration of the said Orders was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 25th October , 1983 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is satis- fied that the duration of the said Orders should be extended for a further period of one month upto and inclusive of the 25th November , 1983 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section ( 1 ) read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Develop- ment and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the dura- tion of the said Orders upto and inclusive of the 25th November , 1983 .
