ORDER NO. 32|83
New Delhi, the 25th October, 1983
F. No. 1|2|REP|74-EPC (Vol. X).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to OGL Order No. 17|83 dated the 15th April, 1983 :—'
For the existing description "and (vii) spares" in para 1, the following shall be substituted :—
"(vii) material handling equipment such as fork lifts, over- head cranes, and building construction materials, and (viii) spares".
