S.O. 776(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 8 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948), read with Section 9 of the said Act and rule 3 of the Minimum Wages (Cen- tral Advisory Board) Rules, 1949, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 649(E) dated the 13th August, 1981 and modified vide S.O. No. 342(E) dated the 20th May, 1982 namely :•—

S.O. 777(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 7 read with Section 9 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour S.O. No. 393(E) dated the 28th May, 1981 and modified vide S.O. No. 124(E) dated the 5th March, 1982 and S.O. No. 325(E) dated the 17th May, 1982, namely :—
In the said notification in item II relating to "Representatives of employers" for entty 2. the following shall be substituted namely :—
Kumari Sharwaree Gokhale, Deputy Secre- tary (Establishment Works) Ministry
of Works & Housing, New Delhi.
