सा० का० ति० 808 ( अ ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुल्क नियम , 1944 के नियम 8 केः उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की प्रत्येक अधिसूचना का जो इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) मे विनिर्दिष्ट है, उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में की तत्स्थानो प्रविष्टि में विनिविष्ट रीति से संशोधन किया जाएगा । 959GI/83 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [ PART II-SEC . 3 ( i ) ]

G.S.R. 808 ( E) :- In exercise of the powers conferned by sub- rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules 1944 the Central Government ncreby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table :-
