ORDER
New Delhi, the 29th October, 1983
S.O. 779(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by section 18A of the Industries (Deve- lopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the fol- lowing further amendment to the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 325(E) dated the 18th May, 1978, namely :—
In the said Order ;
(i) under the heading, "Member (Part-time)",, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted namely :—
"2. Dr. R. V. Vaidyanatha Ayyar, Direc- tor, Ministry of Chemicals and Ferti lizers, New Delhi";
(ii) under the heading "Member (Production, Projects and Planning)", the following serial number and entry shall be inserted namely :—
"7. Dr. P. K. Ghosh, Member (Produc- tion, Products and Planning) Bengal Immunity Company Limited, Cal^ cutta".
