S.O. 782(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- paragraph (1) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979, and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers) No. S.O. 460(E), dated the 28th June, 1982, the Central Government here- by fixes Rs. 1927|- per Kilogram as the maximum price at which Pethidine Hydrochloride manufactured indigenously shall be solid.
