2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAV^KUINARY [PART I]—She. 3(01 Debt Rules, 1946, the same having been previ- ously published as required by sub-section (1) of the said section, namely :—1. (1) These rules may be called the Public Debt (Amendment) Rules, 1983.
the nomination, cancellation or varia- tion, as the case may be, in respect of National Rural Development Bonds (Second Issue) issued under sub-clause, (iii) of clause (c) of Explanation f to sub-section (1) of section 54E of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961)".
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
